1. Scan on demand
Place your microfiche archive in a secure Capita TDS facility where it is managed and digital images supplied on a scan-on-demand basis.

Users request documents by phone or e-mail, the corresponding microfiche record is extracted form the archive, digitised and made available to the customer, either by e-mail or through our web-hosting service.

2. Full digitisation
Digitise your archive. Capita TDS state-of-the-art microfiche scanners will accurately digitise and catalogue/index your entire microfiche library.

This library is made available via a fully searchable Capita TDS web-based access platform, or via your own in-house systems.

The result is fast, multi-user access to data. Data that will be automatically protected as part of your existing IT backup and disaster recovery solutions.

You now also have the choice of Capita TDS storing or destroying the originals.
